Do you want to schedule Flows, Banners and Pins to be delivered to your users at a specific time? This document will explain how to display a Flow, Banner or Pin only after a certain date, up to a specific time, or both.

                    Scheduling is particularly useful for:

                    • Downtime announcements. Automatically display a banner at the start of your maintenance window.
                    • Less confusing limited time offers. Stop showing a flow after a special offer expires.
                    • Automate your new feature launch. Automatically display a Pin, Flow or Banner (or multiple!) at the same time that your announcement email is sent.

Automatically Publish a Flow, Banner or Pin

                    • Go to the settings page for the Flow, Banner or Pin that you want to schedule
                    • Click “Schedule”
                    • Under the “Start” section, click “at a specific date/time”
                    • Choose the date and time that you want this Flow, Banner or Pin to begin displaying
                    • Close the popup. Your Flow, Banner or Pin will appear at the date and time you selected.

Change the Schedule for a Flow, Banner or Pin

                    • Go to the settings page for the Flow, Banner or Pin that you want to schedule
                    • Click “Edit Schedule”
                    • Change the scheduled dates and times
                    • Close the popup. Your Flow, Banner or Pin will disappear at the date and time you selected.

Remove a Schedule from a Flow, Banner or Pin

                    • Go to the settings page for the Flow, Banner or Pin that you want to schedule
                    • Click “Edit Schedule”
                    • To remove automatic publishing, click “When I publish” under the “Starts” section
                    • To remove automatic unpublishing, click “When I unpublish” under the “Ends” section

You can always override the schedule by manually clicking publish or unpublish on a Flow, Banner or Pin's settings page.
