An installation plan provides a framework for getting Appcues setup and running with your application and can assist in the installation process. It's recommend for all installations to create a plan, using the provided template or something you create!

It's best to work collaboratively with your developers on a plan to best outline the data to be sent through, or fill out the information available (user property names, which events, etc.) then work with developers to finish matching those items to your platform's variables/attributes.

There are different Installation Plan templates available for a Web & Mobile app installation, as well as Web and Mobile individually. Pick whichever aligns with your Appcues plan the best!
