Feb. 23, 2023 - Appcues Builder Not Launching

On February, 23rd we learned that an update to the Appcues Builder (chrome extension) prevented some users from being able to open the builder. The Appcues engineering team quickly patched the error, but it took time for the new extension to pass Google's review for the chrome store.
As a workaround users were advised to follow the steps detailed in the How to Manually Install the Builder help article to manually install the latest version of the builder which resolved an issue.
